Shipping
Shipping to Continental U.S.
All orders to the continental United States will be shipped via USPS First Class (up to 13 oz.) or USPS Priority Mail. Orders will be charged at a flat rate, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
All orders to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS First Class (up to 13 oz.) or USPS Priority Mail. Orders will be charged according to the latest USPS First Class or Priority Mail rates.
Shipping to Canada and Internationally
Shipping outside of the United States will be done with USPS Global mail. Orders will be charged according to latest USPS Global rates. We are not responsible for customs duties, VATs, special taxes, etc., associated with your order. Payment of those fees is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns & Refunds
General
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Additional items ineligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund or partial refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within an additional 30 days.
If your refund is not approved, then your product will be returned to you, if you confirm so, within an additional 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@classicflytying.biz.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be fully refunded. Sale items will be refunded at the sale price at the time of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@classicflytying.biz and, upon our confirmation, send your item to our business address.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our business address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return shipping costs have prior authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will not be refunded.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
